Auditions were held in July for the rock musical "Robyn and her Women
of Sherwood". Many of the children involved previously were accepted
and we welcomed many new members. Four months of hard work was carried
out by all concerned and "Robyn" was staged in November with 11
performances having an overall 70% attendance. In January, 14 children were selected from Youth Theatre to perform in the Senior Clubs' production of "Jesus Christ Superstar" which was staged in June. The demands were great as they had high profile on stage. They all performed to a very high standard and the Director commented on how easy they were to work with and how impressed she was with their stage craft. |
