It is with fond sadness that we say Good bye to Lydia Peacock, founder of our Club. Without Lydia’s foresight we may never have had a Theatre, and for that we are eternally grateful.
Lydia passed away on 2nd June 2011, at 93 years of age, after living a life full of hard work, laughter and music.
Musical shows and Music Halls were her speciality, and she will be long remembered with great love by members of the Pukekohe Light Opera Club. |
